Day 1: Introduction to water damage

• Decontamination:
  Air filtration and containment solutions
• Stabilisation:
  Air flow, temperature, climate control moisture detection/measurement
• Dehumidification:
  Condense
  Adsorption
  Air movement
• Structural drying

Day 2: Advanced drying

• Insulation drying:
  Screed floors
  Cavities
  Flat roof
• Heat based systems
• Remote monitoring
• Introduction to commercial drying

Day 3: Fire and smoke restoration

• Specialist course to develop knowledge and understanding of the impact a fire has on the fabric of a building
• Understanding of the chemistry involved when dealing with a fire
• What happens to the water used to put out the fire?
