Heylo K 160 – indirect oil fired heater
Portable oil fired heater
The mobile heater K 160 has the highest heating power in its class for heating construction sites, halls and tents for events or relief operations. The oil heater is compact, versatile and easily transportable. Connection of up to 3 hoses for targeted temporary heating.
Operationally safe and easy to service due to top-mounted ISK® burner. The Heylo FPS oil preheating "FlowSecure Preheating-System" ensures perfect operation andstarts easily even at low temperatures. The single-line oil system complies with environmental regulations in sensitive areas and increases safety against oil spills.
The control panel shows all important operating states, such as malfunctions and operating hours. It is well protected in the control box against moisture and dirt from the outside.

Logistical advantages due to a width of only 88cm. Three oil heaters fit side by side on a truck (loading with offset wheels is necessary for this). The oil heater is equipped with side forklift lugs (80 x 170 mm) and crane eyes as standard. This allows flexible transport to construction sites (mobile and mechanised) as well as side guards, front and rear brackets that protect the unit against possible damage to sheet metal during transport and operation.
The HEYtronic control system ensures that the fan is switched on and the burner is switched off more precisely. The discharge temperature can be monitored via the display and it is possible to see which components are currently being activated. This helps in fault diagnosis and in assessing the existing hose installation.

- Container operation with stand console (without wheels)
- Console for stacking the units (max. 2 units) for storage
- Console for mounting attachments (such as chimney, barrel fitting)
The K 160 oil heater is available with different fans (axial and radial). The K 160 model has a highly efficient axial compact fan. This type of fan has state-of-the-art fan blades. The special biometric shape leads to a reduction in noise and an increase in air performance and pressure. All fans comply with the current ERP 2015 efficiency standard.
