Heylo K 160 R – indirect oil fired heater

The Heylo FPS oil preheating "FlowSecure Preheating-System" ensures perfect operation and starts easily even at low temperatures. The single-line oil system complies with environmental regulations in sensitive areas and increases safety against oil spills. Heylo K units stand for reliability, efficiency and low spare parts stock due to ISK® burner concept for all unit types.

Logistics advantages due to a width of only 88cm. The units require less space on construction sites and can fit eaily down narrow passages. Three oil heaters fit side by side on one truck (when loaded with offset wheels). The oil heater is equipped with side forklift lugs (80x170mm) and crane eyes as standard. This allows flexible transport to construction sites (mobile and mechanised) with lateral protective strips as well as front and rear brackets as protection against slight sheet metal damage due to transport and operation. Wheels suitable for smooth floors in warehouses or halls as well as on roads.

All important operating functions, such as malfunctions and operating hours, can be read on the control panel. Due to the location of the control panel on the fan side, the components are extremely well protected against moisture and dirt (dust) from outside by an overpressure in the control box.

The HEYtronic control ensures that the fan is switched on and the burner is switched off more precisely. The display makes it possible to monitor the discharge temperatures at any time and to see which components are currently being controlled. This helps in fault diagnosis and in assessing the existing hose installation.

Due to different fans (axial and radial) Heylo offers the oil heater K 160 in two versions. The model K 160 R is equipped with a powerful radial module. The radial modules are extremely powerful and particularly suitable for conveying the air through long hoses without any losses. In addition, the fans are very quiet. This is also a great advantage in night operation near residential areas. Despite the size of the modules, the units are as slim and compact as the axial systems. All fans comply with the current ERP 2015 efficiency standard.
